We wanted to engage with residents to find out how their dignity and independence was being respected and supported in the Care Home environment. Also, we want to hear about their experiences and those of any relatives and visitors present.

The purpose of the visit was to ask relatives/visitors/carers present with the patients at the time, about their views and experiences on the Children's Unit at the PRH.

A Survey was developed to capture the experiences of people attending A&E for treatment (or relative/carer for children) including facilities provided for waiting.

A questionnaire survey was developed for the visit, with different questions included for Walk-in patients, and those attending registered patient GP/Surgery appointments.
