Unmet Needs in Telford and Wrekin

An Unmet Need is not easy to define and is hard to measure. We wanted to find out what needs people are experiencing that are currently not being met and why within the voluntary sector and Adult Social Care.

Summary

The purpose of this study was to understand how well people are able to access local adult care and support services, how those services contribute to people’s quality of life and what we can learn about needs that are not being met by either the statutory or the voluntary sector.

To gather peoples feedback we used a questionnaire and hosted a workshop. all findings have been summarised within the report.
