High Mount - Enter and View report
We wanted to learn how dignity, respect, quality of life and independence is being respected and supported in the person’s care, and how ‘activity-based’ care supports people to continue to be as active and independent as possible.
Key findings:
- We were welcomed by staff and the Manager.
- All residents were happy during our visit.
- The home is in desperate need of maintenance repair.
- The home seemed a little untidy and cluttered in some areas.
