We decided, as one of its focused activities in 2018, to carry out a “General Practice Roadshow” format review of General Practitioner Practices in Telford & Wrekin.

Summary

This report shows an overview of the status of all 14 Medical Practices in Telford and Wrekin, including the practice at Shifnal and Priorslee. The aim of this report was to highlight how Practices could improve and identify where there is good quality of service provision.

Wellington Medical Practice - Enter and View Visit Report
