- Supporting people to continue to be as active and independent as possible
- Choices available to people
- Staffing levels and staff training
Key Findings
- All residents and relatives were full of praise for the Home, staff and management
- All residents looked clean and well cared for
- Food was praised by all
- Relatives could visit at any time
