Our annual report outlines our achievements and what we have done over the last year.
Some of the ways we have made a difference...
- A longitudinal study was carried out called the “General Practice Roadshow”, which was was a patient centred review, covering 14 Telford and Wrekin Practices and involved visits to 23 locations
- the 'Unmet Needs' review was produced together with the support of the Health and Safety Commission, Shropshire and Telford and Wrekin Age UK, Citizens Advice Telford and the Wrekin and My Choice partners
- we assisted Telford and Wrekin Council’s Public Health Department with organising focus groups with children and young people, to hear their views on how they are being supported in maintaining a healthy weight and lifestyle
